Class Descriptions:     

Basics - Learn yoga postures, proper alignment, proper breathing and tips to unlocking the benefits of each pose. Develop and improve your yoga “building blocks”! A great class for beginners and all levels to learn and review the fundamentals of yoga!

Deep Flow – This class is a mix of intermediate Vinyasa, arm balance, and inversion practice! Deep Flow encourages us to powerfully and playfully explore ourselves and our yoga practice on a deeper level.  A fun and challenging class!

Deep Stretch -
An excellent class for athletes!  This class will help improve joint & muscle flexibility, and help re-lubricate joints through a practice of deeply held postures. This is a perfect complement to your active athletic endeavors to give you greater flexibility and help prevent injuries. All Levels - no previous yoga experience necessary!

Lunch Flow – Vinyasa yoga designed to provide the pick-me-up you need on your lunch break. Take a break from your day at this invigorating and “delicious” class!  All Levels!

Meditation – Meditation is the practice of turning inward and reconnecting with yourself.  Begin and grow your meditation practice by enjoying the benefits of group meditation: a powerful way to deepen your own meditation experience.  Each class offers a brief time for questions and a 30-35 minute guided meditation.  All levels welcome - beginners will receive guidance on meditation basics.  Class time is 45 minutes.

Teaching & Meditation - 
There are 8 limbs in Patanjali's yogic path.  Grow your yoga practice as a whole by deeply exploring topics of meditation or yoga philosophy and integrating them into meditation.  Each class offers a lesson and discussion, followed by a 20 minute guided meditation.  All levels welcome - beginners will receive guidance on meditation basics.  Class time is 45 minutes.

Mourning Yoga – A private group class created for those suffering loss or in the grieving process.  Mourning yoga uses carefully selected yoga postures and breath-work  to encourage healing and recovery.  Please contact Jillian at jillian@nodayoga.com with questions or to register for this class.

Restorative Yoga -
In this gentle practice we use restful postures and props (bolsters, blocks, and straps) to relax the body as we hold the poses for a longer period of time, calming the nervous system.   All Levels!

Svaroopa Yoga – Do you have backpain? This style of yoga supports the body for optimal release of back tension focusing primarily on the lowback and hips.  No previous yoga or athletic experience required. Class time is 90 minutes.

Vinyasa Mix – Vinyasa yoga links breath with movement. Move or “flow” from one pose to another in sequence, on an inhale or an exhale. This class mixes fast flow with deeper stretch postures, inversions, and bakcbends.  Great for any level of yoga practice!
