When do I pay?
You pay $5 up-front, and then you only pay the remainder after you've reviewed and are satisfied with the progress made on your new resume. After payment is made, we'll finish any minor changes on your resume (if needed) and complete your cover letter and LinkedIn profile (if applicable).
How long does it take?
Most orders are assigned to a writer within 1-2 days. If we have most of the information we need to get started, we are typically able to send you the first draft within 2-4 days.
When you fill out the order form, we ask what deadlines you have (if any) so that we can work with your schedule. We try to get started as quickly as possible, and we'll work with you to ensure all documents are completed in a timely manner. Every client's situation is unique, and the total time it takes depends on (a) how much additional information we need to complete the order, (b) how many drafts we create, and (c) how much time it takes to communicate back and forth with the writer.
